    With Simply, it starts fast and its usually fast support is extremely helpful, with FAQs and setup.

    As its name suggests, it is a "Simple" system. The CRM parts work as they should.
    The ticketing system is dynamic enough compared to other providers. The part they need to work on is preparing you for workflow, the rest seems like a reliable and sticky business tool.

    Recommend this to anyone, glad I stumbled upon a Danish business/book and CRM preference that said it was among the best, because after using it now for months, I realized the same thing.
    As with all changes, the learning curve was the only obstacle for me, but the Simply team was always an email or phone call away if we needed help.

    We have used Simply CRM for SF automation with the BI dashboard. Our level of satisfaction went beyond the obvious, it really helped us achieve our business goals. Overall satisfied with the experience.
    The limitation in features and process automation need to be more consistent. Apart from these, it is an oxygen for both companies and users.
